2020 is a year of vision and vision realized. God said to Abraham in Genesis 13:14-15, “…lift your eyes now and look from the place where you are —
northward, southward, eastward, and westward; for all the land which you see I give to you and your descendants forever.” (NKJV) God was saying, before I can give it to you, you have to see what I promise!

Vision is the ability to see what God has promised! God speaks words but they are not meant to remain words. They are meant to form pictures (visions in your mind’s eye) so you can see what you are meant to inherit! As you step out to build God’s house, you will find God building your own house. Dreams will come to your mind and faith will fill your heart. A dream without faith is like having a destination without the fuel or the ability to get there. Faith without a dream is like having a million dollars but nothing to spend it on. We need to both dream and have faith.

Participating in Vision Builders releases a supernatural flow from heaven. It produces dreams and the faith to see the impossible become your reality! God is good. The Bible says, “without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him!” Hebrews 11:6 (NKJV)

There are many who believe in God, but very few who see His promises and power flow into their lives. Vision Builders at Awaken Church enables you to crossover into a promise-of-God receiver!

How do I determine how God wants me to participate?

We are asking every person who calls Awaken Church their home church to pray and ask the LORD to lead them by His Holy Spirit and direct them as to which level of commitment they are to engage in. God does not ask us to give everything but he does ask us to give something. We can all sacrifice and give something knowing that we cannot out-give God and “that he is a debtor to no man!”

It’s not equal giving, but equal sacrifice.
2 Chronicles 25:9.

Are my Vision Builders contributions tax-deductible?

Yes, if you are a citizen of the United States, your contributions are 100% tax-deductible. If you have given and live in another country, you will need to consult with your country’s tax code to sort out if your donations are tax-deductible.

How does my faith commitment affect my tithe?

It doesn’t! Faith Commitments are an offering above your normal ten percent. Tithes are allocated for the day-to-day running operations of the church, offerings are gifts over and above our tithes.

How do the funds get allocated?

The funds are spent in accordance with the initiatives of BUILDING, REACHING, and CARING. All our accounts are independently audited annually to ensure compliance with the IRS.

Do you need my details? I wish to remain anonymous.

You may remain anonymous if you wish, and all details of your giving will be kept confidential, however you will not be able to claim tax deductibility for your giving as we will be unable to give you a record of your giving.

When do I make my faith commitment?

On August 2nd, we will have our Vision Builders Sunday where you will be able to make your commitment for 2020 and 2021. After that date, you can make your commitment at any point! Just click the link below for the campus you attend and give that way.
