Vision Builders is the ministry vehicle that allows Awaken Church to accelerate the vision, secure locations, and purchase the future! Last year we saw God SURGE — prophetically taking us from six campuses to nine campuses, and beyond.

This year God has given us the theme of DOMINION. God is calling us to take back ground, territory and regions that the previous generations gave over to the devil. A Kingdom is the “kings dominion,” or “the dominion of the king.” Your faith commitment allows us to INCREASE God’s dominion in San Diego, Salt Lake City, Boise, and Baja.

As you participate in Vision Builders, you enter into a supernatural flow of divine blessing. Thousands of people at Awaken Church have experienced supernatural provision, breakthrough, and miracles as they stepped out to build God’s House.

Vision Builders allows you to partner financially with us to advance the kingdom of God through three core areas.

Territory

With a vision for 16 campuses in San Diego, Salt Lake City, Boise, and beyond we are always pursuing new buildings as well as updating and expanding current ones. Our mission is that every person can find a life-giving, local church within 15 minutes of their home.

Our church buildings represent houses of transformation, where lives are altered and destinies are changed forever! 

Impact

Our purpose is to impact lives with the message of the gospel and to see our world transformed from darkness to light. Our message is reaching people across the globe through Awaken Music, podcasts, live stream and other media outlets.

Awaken Academy is partnering with parents to train up a generation of champions and culture-shapers through education with Biblical foundations and a Biblical worldview.

Awaken Recovery is helping over a thousand individuals and families find lasting freedom through our Christ-centered, Spirit-filled program.

Influence

Our mission is to shift our current world culture and bring heaven to earth through Awaken Theater; currently producing: Night of Christmas, Twisted the Musical, and Hero: From Carpenter to King.

This year we will be expanding the reach of Awaken Entertainment through groundbreaking feature films and television series. 

We believe the Church is called to be a voice in the political sphere, to stand for biblical truth, and to disrupt wicked ideologies and agendas at the local, state, and national level.

How do I determine how God wants me to participate?

We are asking every person who calls Awaken Church their home church to pray and ask the LORD to lead them by His Holy Spirit and direct them as to which level of commitment they are to engage in. God does not ask us to give everything but he does ask us to give something. We can all sacrifice and give something knowing that we cannot out-give God and “that he is a debtor to no man!”

It’s not equal giving, but equal sacrifice.

Are my Vision Builders contributions tax-deductible?

Yes. Awaken Church is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Your donation is tax-deductible as allowed by law.

How does my faith commitment affect my tithe?

It doesn’t! Faith Commitments are an offering above your normal ten percent. Tithes are allocated for the day-to-day running operations of the church, offerings are gifts over and above our tithes.

How do the funds get allocated?

The funds are spent in accordance with the initiatives of BUILDING, REACHING, and CARING. All our accounts are independently audited annually to ensure compliance with the IRS.

Do you need my details? I wish to remain anonymous.

You may remain anonymous if you wish, and all details of your giving will be kept confidential, however you will not be able to claim tax deductibility for your giving as we will be unable to give you a record of your giving.

When do I make my faith commitment?

At our Vision Builders Sunday happening on June 25th, 2023 you will be able to make your commitment for this next season. After that date, you can make your commitment at any point! Just click the link above for the campus you attend and give that way.

What is a First Month / First Fruits Offering?

This offering is a one-time dollar amount that you are giving to jump-start your 2023/24 commitment
